College Park is a great place to live and well worth the price. Melissa and the maintenance crew usually have repairs done within a day. The best part of living here is quietness. Neighbors are seldom heard and you can hardly tell what the weather is outside unless you look out the window. If you are thinking of renting here, I highly recommend College Park.

Myself and my Dog loved our stay here. I was in the area for work for 2 years and had a great experience. College park is one of the more pet friendly place to stay (GREAT DOG PARK!) Melisa Manager) was always very helpful and would address any needs are issues that came up immediately from the day I moved in to the day I moved out. I had a great experience and highly recommend for anyone looking for a well managed and kept up place to live!

I have lived in the College Park Townhomes community for almost 3 years. Every experience I have had with Melissa (our landlord) and the maintenance Team, has been an amazing experience! I absolutely love living here! Melissa is amazing at what she does and is super friendly. Best landlord I've ever had! My dogs love it here. The town home is better than I expected. There is so many good things about living here

I don't have enough good things to say about College Park. First off Melissa is wonderful to work with. She was always very professional and could always answer any question I had. The maintenance staff especially Steve were awesome, and very quick to address any problem I had, they even shovel your driveway for you in the winter which is awesome. The housing itself is very nice, great layout of the place itself and very decent sized rooms. Also in my time I've lived here never heard my neighbors once. Love living here couldn't recommend it more.
